  • This isn’t a custom design service — it’s a streamlined, done-for-you package built on one of our templates. It’s ideal for small business owners who know they need a professional site but don’t want to be deeply involved in the process. You’ll fill out a simple form with the basics of your business, and we’ll take it from there — writing the copy, choosing the layout, and making design decisions that fit your brand. You’re trusting us to handle the details so you don’t have to. If you’re looking for deep collaboration, detailed reviews, or lots of back-and-forth, this probably isn’t the right fit - and that’s totally okay.

  • Our Standard Customization Package will be completed in 2 days, and the Full-Service Customization Package takes 1 week—once your spot is booked and we have everything we need from you. We’ll handle the customization on your reserved date and let you know when your site is ready to go.

  • You’ll need:

    • A Squarespace template purchased from our shop

    • Your business logo (a PNG or SVG file works best)

    • Any brand colors or fonts you want us to use (optional — if you don’t have them, we’ll create a clean, cohesive look based on your logo)

    • A general idea of your layout needs

    Once you book, we’ll send you a short questionnaire to gather all the details we need.

  • Yes, however this is only included in the Full-Service Customization Package.

  • You’re not in this alone. Whether it’s adding your content, connecting your domain, or just figuring out what button to click—we’re here to help. We know this stuff can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s totally normal to hit a few snags.

    If you’ve got a question, just reach out. We’re happy to point you in the right direction, explain things clearly, or walk you through your next step. You built your business from the ground up—we’re here to make sure your website supports that every step of the way.

  • We don’t formally offer logo or full brand identity design packages as part of our styling packages—but if you need help in that department, we can help, email us for more information.

  • To keep things fast and focused, we don’t include:

    • Custom code or advanced functionality

    • Domain connection

    • Copy for Privacy and Terms & Conditions pages (for legal reasons we're not allowed-but we'll guide you on this)

  • Almost! Once we’ve styled your site, with the Full-Service Customization all that’s left is for you to add your content to the Privacy Policy and Term & Conditions pages. After the Standard Customization is completed you will need to upload your content at this point.

    • Standard Customization includes logo, colors, fonts, buttons, forms, site styling, and layout changes.

    • Full-Service Customization includes everything in Standard, plus uploading your images, copywriting, site migration (if needed), basic SEO, and embedding one third party tool.

Need to swap out photos, tweak your services, or freshen things up for the season? Whether it's a small fix or a bigger adjustment, our Site Tune-Up Hours are made for the real-world updates every business needs—long after your site is live.

This service is only available to customers who’ve purchased one of our templates. There's a 30-minute minimum.
